Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
  
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, including client relationship management and sales support.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively under pressure.
