comparing other companies BCD has been a wonderful experience because there is no work pressure like other companies. Salary is a little less but other than salary peace of mind is more important to balance personal and professional life, and I feel I got a whole lot of peace in this company.

I have worked with several companies and have a total work experience of 10 years. However, U have never encountered policies like those at BCD before. The way they treat their employees is amazing, they place great importance on them. We also have the option to express our feelings through an anonymous survey every month, which is accessible to CEO of the company. I strongly believe that career growth at BCD is easily attainable. The best part is 5 days working and 2 days off on Saturday and Sunday. This is only if you are in the operations.

There is no any additional benefits that are provided by the BCD India apart from the salary and mediclaim policy. The appraisal are very bad, they can hire a new person with higher salary but can't give same appraisal to the existing employee.
