The best part is 5 days working and 2 days off on Saturday and Sunday. This is only if you are in the operations.

There is no any additional benefits that are provided by the BCD India apart from the salary and mediclaim policy. The appraisal are very bad, they can hire a new person with higher salary but can't give same appraisal to the existing employee. Bcd travel is one of the worst company to work with including higher authority they don't suppport employees in this pandemic period as well all the company supported their employees ,but bcd support only higer manger & TL their job is safe .
