comparing other companies BCD has been a wonderful experience because there is no work pressure like other companies. Salary is a little less but other than salary peace of mind is more important to balance personal and professional life, and I feel I got a whole lot of peace in this company.

I enjoy the collaborative environment at my current job because it aligns with my belief in teamwork. However, the limited upward mobility has made it difficult for me to advance as quickly as I'd like. I'm interested in a role where I can grow and take on new challenges, which is why I was drawn to this position.

I have worked with several companies and have a total work experience of 10 years. However, U have never encountered policies like those at BCD before. The way they treat their employees is amazing, they place great importance on them. We also have the option to express our feelings through an anonymous survey every month, which is accessible to CEO of the company. I strongly believe that career growth at BCD is easily attainable.
