While most aspects of working here are positive, I believe there could be some improvement in the area of promotions/appraisals. The process feels somewhat average and could be more transparent or rewarding, allowing for better career progression opportunities. Aside from this, I do not have significant dislikes, as most other aspects of my experience have been positive.

Travel perks , Earned leaves and Sick Leave is under EL which may be too less in case you fall sick Need to separate Sick leave and Earned Leaves so employees who are genuinely unwell need not worry about losing there Earned leaves . Hope to see change in this

more and more politics in all. sometime leads not much supportive. and nowadays more and more preference to ladies. if we work and if we showcase ourselves but we don't deserve star of the quarter or any other if the other person hold buget he will be eligible, making committee is good way but some of the person think they are something so should stop.
