I have Learning and Growth opportunities. I thrive in environments where I can constantly learn new things and develop my skills. I loved being exposed to different projects and receiving mentorship from exposed colleagues. it helped me growth both professionally and personally.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
