Overall not happy and big injustice happened to me. No members from leadership team came to my help. They just want work from us and that on contract basis... Very pathetic experience. I suggest if anybody want to join join on company role. Not as consultant. Worst situation you willface. I urge govt to ban contract basis workculture. It's my experience. My professional life got imbalanced a lot. Now even after five years with all credentials and qualifications and experiences I started my company role job from scratch like just joining.. Feels lot for this pain.. But what to do need to walk my life need to face all these situations to become very strong... Highly incompetent leaders. No growth mindset. Takes years to execute an already existing solution which will leave you with no impact in the organisation. Politics > Skills Working on out-dated technologies. Technical managers are almost like people managers with no technical competency. No technical discussion in team meetings. No job security because of the 3 decades low trading stock.

Company policies are not same for all. Work not appraise, job role discussed at the time of interview , but the level of job offer was hidden, so about such experience person I am, the lower level job position joined. Food is not good quality in canteen, and nobody is taken care off.
