The company is good but my department was full of politics. There was no respect for people time and there was ni work life balance. It was a toxic work environment where Relatives of the managers were getting promoted and the people who were actually working hard had no scope. I am glad that I left the company on time. 1) Hire and Fire mode company 2) No job security 3) 90% of projects are legacy, support, and bug-fixing applications. 4) You may be a new joiner for Baxter. However within 2 months not able to impress the onsite reporting person. The manager and HR will initiate the PIP program. 5) HR and managers do not listen to your word.
