1) Hire and Fire mode company 2) No job security 3) 90% of projects are legacy, support, and bug-fixing applications. 4) You may be a new joiner for Baxter. However within 2 months not able to impress the onsite reporting person. The manager and HR will initiate the PIP program. 5) HR and managers do not listen to your word.
