Big organisation, Project based work, Appreciate the skill and knowledge. Global interactions enhance Skill and though process. Flexibility to move from one departments to other. Organisation ready to give opportunity to proof ur skill and talent by giving project. Matrix based organisation, No SIR culture. Flexibility of timing, Work life balalnce and other tangible and in tangible benefits

As company is under integration with core Baxter Inc. No clarity on future and prospects of ex legacy company employee

Work Details

It's Amazing. In Covid company has given Work from home from March 2020 and still no compulsion to return to office. Apart on case to case basis they approve WFH to employee permanently

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.
