Baxter international takes care their employees extremely good. Good HR polices ex: covid kavach policy, Bax flexibasket, Car leas policy.

Dislikes

Baxter India not transferring all the baxter international benefits to their employees. Very few top management leaders are good, rest all leaders spoiling baxter culture. Still some leaders in baxter follow British slavery culture. They treat employees as like slavery. Good leaders never stay longer in baxter.

1) Hire and Fire mode company 2) No job security 3) 90% of projects are legacy, support, and bug-fixing applications. 4) You may be a new joiner for Baxter. However within 2 months not able to impress the onsite reporting person. The manager and HR will initiate the PIP program. 5) HR and managers do not listen to your word. 5 day week and 8 hour of working in india in Ahemdabad Manufacturing Unit which is great no other pharma company is giving this work balance. Company culture is best Initially they will give good hike after that there is 6-8% increment
