No job security at all,during covid period company forced me to submit resignation letter,I have to submit.work culture is getting worst since last 2 years.CEO and the management is poor ,they always deny to contact with employs if there is any major or minor issue.No fixed rules in company they always try to change rules as wish.

salary structure is poor , even salary growth is poor ,bad experience in work and life balance .

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
