One terrible startup company I have experienced in my carrier. Company was headed by a Tamilnadu school owner's son. He comes to office once in 3 months. Two more people called COO and CTO (under 25 age guys). These two are classmates. They are coming to office by 2pm every day and they can go home any time. But they can ask or question other regular employees(9am-5pm) like "why you are leave for the day so early? @5pm". Reviews and comments are horrible....Read More

Dislikes

Salaries are distributed through personal account or by cash. They deducted tax in salaries but they won't pay to government. If an employee asks for form16, they won't provide. There is no fixed date for salary disbursement. They provide software service for schools by name of schoolCom.in . they are making too much money but not paying tax to government. If any employee quites they won't pay the settlement amount. No PF for there employees. Employees are fired any time. Please don't prefer or refer this company....Read More
