Bank of India is an old and trusted bank not only in India but abroad also. Work culture is very good. Career growth path is excellent for those who work sincerely with utmost dedication. Bank's presence in all time zone's of the world give ample opportunities of foreign postings. Salary is as per settlement and more or less equal in all the banks. Overall it is good to work in Bank of India.

One of the first banks to use modern technology. However the placement police, in my belief, is not favourable. The bank is very good bank to grow in future.
