Am I paid fairly or underpaid ?
I was working with an MNC that demerged into two different entities. The one I’m currently with has become a startup. I work in the Education domain as a Mobile Developer and have been with them for the last 4 years and 5 months. Currently, I have a total of 6 years and 5 months of experience, and my salary is 20.97 LPA. I have worked on both Android and iOS platforms and have the option to work from home.
Some of the points I mentioned might seem like "cherry on top," but I’m just seeking advice. I’m considering a switch and am thinking of moving to Pune. I’m planning to complete 5 years with my current company, so I’d appreciate any advice you can offer.
