McAfee now known as Trellix. Good organisation but as it is US based company you will always be under the fear of layoffs. The appraisal hikes are not good now a days. The hike is below double digit. They just have one office in India and it's in Bangalore. They have started work from office with hybrid culture but still you will have to move to Bangalore to attend 3 days of office.

Dislikes

It is same work everyday. We have to work on the Service requests coming from calls or portal. We have to make calls. And McAfee is hungry for CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Ratings/Score. They will say it in every meeting and then they say no we are not running behind CSAT. I feel like I am not working in Cyber security company, I am working in call centre.

My manager who was not even bothered or new anything about process. Was not at all helpful person. Cannot complain about him to higher management as they are friends. People talk in their native lang so you cannot understand anything. People not welcoming. Also they want you to be born with McAfee product knowledge and perform the same as people working since 3-4 yrs. employeed already in Bangalore were not called to office however I was forced to shift to the city from Pune....Read More

It's a great place to gain knowledge and experiment all sorts of technical stuffs. I would definitely say that there is no limits

You will not get support from your peers but you will have to support global customers. Only thing which is good here is salary but you have to work like a slave
