one of the best for work culture, job security, management is just awesome ( there are always few exceptions) Employee friendly company policy. A-lot of benefits that you might not be able to the full list anywhere in the internet. un-like the other organisation here the management is highly technical and are ready to help each other , no micro management, can be a dream kind of organisation.

Mostly QA leads are promoted to Engineering manager roles not the dev leads and that sometimes creates problem on Time estimations as Manager is not aware of development estimations for Safe family.

McAfee now known as Trellix. Good organisation but as it is US based company you will always be under the fear of layoffs. The appraisal hikes are not good now a days. The hike is below double digit. They just have one office in India and it's in Bangalore. They have started work from office with hybrid culture but still you will have to move to Bangalore to attend 3 days of office.

It is same work everyday. We have to work on the Service requests coming from calls or portal. We have to make calls. And McAfee is hungry for CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Ratings/Score. They will say it in every meeting and then they say no we are not running behind CSAT. I feel like I am not working in Cyber security company, I am working in call centre.

My manager who was not even bothered or new anything about process. Was not at all helpful person. Cannot complain about him to higher management as they are friends. People talk in their native lang so you cannot understand anything. People not welcoming.
