Didn’t provide single penny for employees work from home infra setup in this Covid time. Also, no goodies/gifts from last 2year. Which feels disconnected from company.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
