McAfee company overall is very good for employees It take care of all and we have a personal space as well apart from our daily work life Team outing team dinner and other many more activities which is conducted was very good

Only one issue was no support from management Left the organisation as was no future scop for me

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Very bad work culture -it is purely my experience in Macfee. McAfee now known as Trellix. Good organisation but as it is US based company you will always be under the fear of layoffs. The appraisal hikes are not good now a days. The hike is below double digit. They just have one office in India and it's in Bangalore. They have started work from office with hybrid culture but still you will have to move to Bangalore to attend 3 days of office.

Dislikes

It is same work everyday. We have to work on the Service requests coming from calls or portal. We have to make calls. And McAfee is hungry for CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Ratings/Score. They will say it in every meeting and then they say no we are not running behind CSAT. I feel like I am not working in Cyber security company, I am working in call centre.
