Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇

Very bad work culture -it is purely my experience in Macfee. McAfee now known as Trellix. Good organisation but as it is US based company you will always be under the fear of layoffs. The appraisal hikes are not good now a days. The hike is below double digit. They just have one office in India and it's in Bangalore. They have started work from office with hybrid culture but still you will have to move to Bangalore to attend 3 days of office.

It is same work everyday. We have to work on the Service requests coming from calls or portal. We have to make calls. And McAfee is hungry for CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Ratings/Score. They will say it in every meeting and then they say no we are not running behind CSAT. I feel like I am not working in Cyber security company, I am working in call centre.
