Dislikes

Senior is insecure because if some fresher come on job they don't help to give knowledge to grow in his future.

Good but being production engineer stress is more.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
