The whole place is quite mismanaged. The work culture is terrible. You'll hear all sorts of bad words and cruel words on the floor. All the time there is screaming and scolding on the floor. If you are in a lower position 100% accountability and ownership is expected from you yet only the business head gets all the credit. Not all teams have such culture but most do. There are huge cost cuttings going on because of which you won't even be getting good tea in cafeteria although ironically still all the SMTs and business heads go for outbound every quarter. There is absolutely no work life balance you can be asked to work at any time and literally any time even at midnight without even any night allowance. The procedure for promotion is very complicated and strict no matter how hard you work you'll be getting promoted only after a particular long period. Even if giving your 100% at work, upper management favoring only chaatu employees. For promotion, literally you have to beg every month near to your TL/DM's still you are not getting it. Micromanagement is real problem. Worst upper management. Cost cutting is in everything. Some PO are not following hierarchy, giving you work in mid-sprint and expecting to do so in 1-2 day. Company is good but especially internal team and reporting manager is worst very selfish, they don’t analyse or speak to employees problems and issues in deep, internal employees and culture is toxic, an employee with good vintage has given company their life long effort but in written back company has gave back worst experience to its orange staff, there was personal discussion by reporting manager for issue happens and analysis was not Made and not supported for employee who has not done a single mistake intentionally, employee done mistaken and am employe who has not done mistake punishment was same to both which I observed and don’t like, by their selfish one of employees lost his career and whole family including kids are suffering daily basis which credit goes to reporting manager who are in higher grade, an higher grade manager should be a leader not an selfish and irresponsible that the difference between below employee and higher grade manager, it’s so easy to them to loose an Vintage and genuine employee, analysis to be made and need to find weather employee is genuine or not then action need to be initiated...Read More
