Do Bajaj finserv focus only on targets and profits? Not on humans / your employees? Atleast treat your employees well, respect their space... Even you can be a boss of an company, but atleast consider their personal life...I feel most of the women's whoever husband is working in Bajaj finserv will have this same pain, waiting to spend their time.
