Work life balance is really not good as i expected. Promotion and Job security is not so fair.

It gives a good chance to work with a team and meet new people. To some extent it does give you good space to apply your ideas with your team and teritory. Company gives huge oppurtunity to earn great incentives but donot get blind as it is a trap. Apart from these they give contests where on achivement you get to go to forgein destinations. BFL has one of the worst work life balance. Actually there is no life once you start working at BFL. Your everyday will start with a concall starting as early as 8 am morning and ending as late as 11 pm or 12 pm in the night depending upon your big bosses. All i want to say is there is no sense of timing. Second most ugliest thing about the company is its slang culture. It is a culture in the company at all level to use slang language at will. They think the final way to get a job done from you is to demoralize you by saying such cheap things that might not even dream of. The HR here are the puppets working for the upper level executives. Next, once you become a part of the company forget about Holidays as it will become a myth for you. The company has a 5 days mandatory leave policy in a year when no can disturb you, but you cannot take the leave as per your wish nor will you be left alone by your bosses on these days. Coming to training and learning part, when i joined in 2016 there was no such thing as training but later in 2018 they have started training<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Job security, i donot know how to say this but every second day if your bosses are either threatening you or demoralizing you by saying you are not fit for the job, better you leave the job or we will throw you out, then you can conclude what would be your state of mind regarding job security</mark>. I was working as a senior sales manager in consumer durable department for 3 years. My main work location was bhubaneswar, apart from that i was also handling 2 more locations- puri and nimapada. I was handling a team of 30 to 35 people.
