The name is big for business sector but we are the dustbin materials according to company. No support has come from company

Dislikes

There are a lots of gap between the top level and lower level. From RSM level to MANAGER level all are in involve in politics and lobby culture in working field. We are worked 12 -14 hrs and there are no week off. Mainly there are no experience of sales managers. Only teammates are extremly good

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
