One of the most disgusting and fraud company I have ever worked with.

1.My manager name supreme chakraborty (ASM), chandramani karmakar(RSM), ramakant gupta(ZSM) has no ethics to respect an employee. The mis treatment that they do proves that why people leave their jobs. They are so toxic that they won't let anyone work in the office. They treated me and said shit about my family with mental and physical abuse and harrasment. Such peoples are a disgrace to any company no matter which designation they belong to. They know how to make you feel under confident and low about urself. Such people should be thrown out of the company. I'm the 7 number SM who is leaving this job in one year. And it's not like I never confessed it to our HR but non of the steps were taken( Cheeneru Vamsi). I have all the proofs of their behaviour and how they have threatened me to quit my job. Hereby Its a request to the Bajaj team to not take people's like them who can actually make anyone's moral down and harras them in a top notch level. Thank you. There is nothing to like in bajaj finance limited but if you are lucky and got team like me i.e. 3in1 integration and techops team which basically develops APIs using java spring boot. As this team have seniors which have lots of experience and worked upon latest technologies in this industry you can get a chance to work on these technologies thats what I liked in bajaj finance limited because i guess i was lucky but others teams works with backward technology...Read More

There are lots of things which I dislike about bajaj finance limited, mainly the following ones, 1. Company have this BYOD(By your Own Device) policy and that is for the company work you have to buy your own laptop ofcourse options provided by company only And money will be deducted from your salary 2. highest appraisal percentage there are giving is 10 which can only seniors get 3. And right now Promotion and appraisal here happening in 60-40 percentage format without any prior notice Don't have parking facilty in company if parking gets fulled you don't have anywhere to park. Most worst thing is you have to work on Saturdays also. And if there is work or any deployment you have to wake up at night also and do the work I can write the whole book about the dislikes of Bajaj finance limited but above ones are at top which every employee hates in bajaj...Read More

Local some manager are very wastage manner, don't have proper leadership qualities.... specially my reporting Manager. Some days before worked as relationship manager fortunate became cluster manager with help of fraud carrier docs.& His senior are very fool.
