No structure, employees always struggle to get their work done. Favouritism and micro management. Senior heads are enjoying their life, having foreign trips and living lavish life but real workers are treated as reptiles. They even do cost cutting from tissues, toilet papers, tea, coffee and cutleries. Forcefully you have to buy refurbished laptop from them and monthly EMIs will cut directly from your salary, for your personal work you have to buy another laptop.
