The Company is open to changes and ready to provide facility to employees and compensation is very good

Work pressure is very high and family life distturb.also due to some politics problem in job security

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
