They will set rs 3000000 insurance target in a year. If you don't achieve the target they will force you to leave the job and they will stop your salary till you don't resign from job. The company has a provision to pay the travel allowance if one travels 75 km or more one side, but the area manager won't approve your travel allowance unless you achieve your target in that month, still he will ask you to do 6-7 such trips in a month. On the other days they will ask you to travel 80-90 km in total for which there is no allowance. You have to bear the petrol from your salary. In December i got gallbladder remove surgery and I got post surgery health issues i am not able to travel 50 kms/ day from branch to my residence and vice versa i had faced a lot of problems But my reporting manager namely ARSHAD WANI AND ASM Mr. ASHIQ don't coperate with me and send me abasccond mail and termination letter from hr total injustice Ganderbal Jammu and Kashmir Destroyed my career
