Nothing about to like . Product is good . But Toxic work environment.. main mangement doing nothing treat fls as good for nothing. Specially not safe for women . If women raise some problem no-one has to listen

Women is not safe in Bajaj and if they raise their voice no-one listen . They are suffering . Data leak is also the problem etc Specially not a safe place for women

Worst insurance company to work on, they will force you to mis sell, managers behaviour in Madhya Pradesh region is very abusive they will abuse your mother, family, attendance approval is dependent on your managers they will ask you to bootlick to get your attendance approved. In direct channel 99% cases signature of customers has been forged by their employees and managers, they will do anything to earn money, data leakage is there, no respect for privacy worst company for work on they will make your life hell. No Supprtive Management. We don't have access to mark our attendance. Area Manager & RM both are running their own Real Estate business, loan business so they don't come to office.

BALIC has Awesome Incentives and Bonuses. They are best in the industry. If you are in sales and vintage in insurance one can earn heafty incentives and pocket good amount of money.

Culture is now a days going on stake. Since irdai changed its some rules organisation got shaken up and trying to get back on track. Also while expanding they did not do quality hire and hence business expected is not coming.
