Nothing about to like . Product is good . But Toxic work environment.. main mangement doing nothing treat fls as good for nothing. Specially not safe for women . If women raise some problem no-one has to listen

Worst insurance company to work on, they will force you to mis sell, managers behaviour in Madhya Pradesh region is very abusive they will abuse your mother, family, attendance approval is dependent on your managers they will ask you to bootlick to get your attendance approved. In direct channel 99% cases signature of customers has been forged by their employees and managers, they will do anything to earn money, data leakage is there, no respect for privacy worst company for work on they will make your life hell. 1. Complete job security HR won't let people leave that easily. 2. Flexible timings 3. Your promotion is completely in your hands no manager ratings but target is very high. 4. Nice party and enjoyment qualificationss.

1. You won't get promotion of you don't complete the target and target are not kept achievable in 3 yrs one designation target has been raised by 50% 2. They ask you to work on Saturday and sundays also but where as it is actually leave in attendance. 3. No proper Holidays for festivals. 4. No work life balance
