Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Everything. No work life balance. Every department is horrible. They don't care about employees. They just want the employees to achieve the target and do more and more sales without thinking about the employees mental health. Worst management ever seen.

I had a very good experience with Bajaj Allianz, the company culture is very good and at the same time, I get to learn a lot from Bajaj's seniors, Bajaj Allianz's trainers are also very supportive. And whatever else is there is awesome for me.

Operation work in Bajaj Allianz is a bit slow. Because there is a problem in policy login. So please fix it. If the login journey is a bit smooth then it is good for the staff as well as for the customers, please do this
