Huge stipulation imposed on contests, rewards & recognition and incentive parameters. Recruitments in lower level managerial posts are difficult due to poor HR stipulations. No training support at any level. Unified targets irrespective of potential or previous achievement - some potential branches get lower target where some struggling branches gets higher targets.
