There is no support to new employees from local HR side and there is no support from learning and skills development team on ground level. Even there is no hand holding from management to new employees. Oration department is very supportive.

There are many points which is for dislike Like Saturday is off day but it's only on calendar we are working as full working day in Saturday also. If we are taking leave for any reason then we have to attend meeting and give commitment of the day. All day is like review day with AH and ZH and if any of day in month you are in degrow then Sr. Ask for resign always

Everything. HR ' s are puppets. They are literally killing people, please some one take this to high level Legal issue. I don't know how many more will die with this kind of culture. Specifically people like Adithya Sharma has to be sacked from his position.

RA ZA HOD of perticular Channel not supportive after the recent verticalization. There was ILM issue of PDA utilisation. It was done after taking ZH and SH approvals, but ILM team says it fraudulant activity Due to this issue front line employees lost job and no one was there to support.
