My first job started at Bagic only first I joined DM team on 18th Feb 2016 and I have passed On roll exam and moved to Pvt Banca team 20th august -2018 over all very experience in bagic its wonderful company .

I am 6.5years old in the company and I have achieved all parameters but every year I got bad rating and my package also less ....so I am not happy with this ...

Everything is good in bagic expect internal growth ..because example I am 6.5years old in BAJAJ my package is very less ..that's why I am suggest to Bagic please first grow the internal employees then no one resigned job ...

I feel very proud and happy for that I'm also one of the key player in BAGIC, as a company Bagic has initiated lots of training to their employees and at the time pandemic I have impressed for getting calls from the HR regarding the status of employees health and their family too.

No dislike about BAGIC keep up the same speed

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
