RA ZA HOD of perticular Channel not supportive after the recent verticalization. There was ILM issue of PDA utilisation. It was done after taking ZH and SH approvals, but ILM team says it fraudulant activity Due to this issue front line employees lost job and no one was there to support.

The company is very partial and does not support their employees. If you joined the company then you are confirmed employee from day one and you have to serve notice period of three months even if you want to resign after after work of 1 month. Seniors are worst in the organisation no support from them. HR is worst. Policy issuance is worst as it is of the stone era. Lack of technology.
