There are many points which is for dislike Like Saturday is off day but it's only on calendar we are working as full working day in Saturday also. If we are taking leave for any reason then we have to attend meeting and give commitment of the day. All day is like review day with AH and ZH and if any of day in month you are in degrow then Sr. Ask for resign always

I was working in bajajallianz since October 2018 on contract basis for 6 months it was continues renewed every six months and last contract renewed in May 2020 till October 2020. and I was working my job very honestly. The team was fully supportive where I was working and I also not given chance for any complain, But suddenly I received a termination letter from HR team on 1st August 2020, I shocked and consult with my seniors and HR team but no any support from him . And continue pressurised by HR team for accepting the termination and asked the reason for termination to Superior and HR team, they said that the this is a company order and company want to reduce manpower in organization due to pendamic. I was requested to the company for the job because the situation is not good due to Covid 19 and no any vacancies in the field, my career is break today I am unable to response my family....Read More
