Company is supporting people during the lockdown by helping quarentined people by giving remote work access and flexible work timings. Identifying the close contacts of the infected people effectively and immediately and advising quarentine for them too.

Dislikes

Growth in the company is slightly slow, however the work environment is excellent and comfortable.

Great place to work, company provides you with all A class facilities. Do not expect increments. Bonus yes.. You will get as per the market conditions. Work life balance I would say depends.. I would give a thumbs up to join BEC.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
