The Company is Good, But the people working there such irrespecutful, imbecile, boasters and many more... I was working in Doha, Managers use to visit Qatar just to stay in hotels, go to bars and enjoy. In my tenure of 1.5 years two GM resigned the company because of politics. Worst work culture. Job security ? That doesn’t exists in their dictionary. Worst company policies, i joined this company the second time with dreams which was shattered in pieces. Their policy is to hire and then fire without reason. If any of you even wish to join the company dont expect anything, they will make you work like donkey and make you work in any department in any position they want to fill the vacant position regardless of you designation/education, dont be ambitious stay until you have your pockets filled and get some experience. 1. Giving position and power to undeserving. 2. Very low pay-grades. 3. Very disrespectful Managements. 4. Unnecessary Rules/Polices (They will deduct your salary even if your late for one second ) 5. Ignorant and thick headed managers

Sometimes being heard by management so ideas valued ( rather over valued)

no acknowledgement of work, too much of Sycophancy, highly micromanaged company, too little space to execute ideas and innovation, too little professionalism , too much of indulgence of foreman at decision making, etc. very poor HR policies, Competency overlooked and hence no. superiors are either not academically qualified nor apt for changing times .

Work Details

--- Never got a chance to work for the experience I carried and where I could have added value and for which I was hired for. ----Credit for any innovation and new ideas floated and executed was always overlooked and later taken by so called seniors.
