THINK TWICE OR THRICE BEFORE JOING No upscaling Company work encourage / sponsor for your skills upgrading No team collabation Poor appraisal. Sometimes hikes are note even given for large scale of members. But they extract work like anything and even the huge amount of work is gone waste. Poor management.
