BCT is a very good consulting organization, i did not have to face any issues, but still if i face any issues I had a prompt response from them, seamless payroll system, interference free work culture, i had an opportunity to work with reputed organization i.e. DELL and now converted to Fulltime/permanent. No Process flow. Very biased appraisal and promotion. No alignment between senior executives as a result team members suffers during project delivery. Company should think about employee life as well.

The Worst Company I have ever worked with. No standards, They change the rules according to their Comfort, HRs and Managers. Managers and super Bosses have low standards even In communication. I was Forced to Resign with False blame. I Worked for about a year, Not a single Feedback was given to me but I was asked to resign because of my Performance.

The management, it’s the worse as it is dependent on one person. No proper management, No appraisal or promotions, lot of politics and partialities. Also one major drawback is 3 months notice period. Think before joining
