The best thing about the company is that you get a free hand in running your department with no interference. Also the pressure to perform is also not there. Excellent work life balance. Very cooperative management and salary never late!!

Dislikes

No professsional growth opportunities. Poor recognition of efforts to improve. No culture of promoting innovation. Poor team work in management level. Role of doctors in management is non existent.

It was great to work with this organization. Money was good, they really cared the well being of doctors. Working environment was supportive, I felt job security during my three years tenure. They encouraged the development of new skill, how ever the management was reluctant to give experience certificates and other documents required for a higher study or change of job ....Read More

I felt the staff were not supportive initially. How ever, the things improved gradually. They tend to help the familiar faces and generally unwelcoming to the new.
