1. When a co-worker tries to belittle you, the caliber of work suffers. Wolf packing by a group is unacceptable for a setup that has been distinguished by excellent work and contributions from competent doctors. Someone serious in their job practice feels let down by this. 2. Notable is the lack of promotions, appraisals, and salary hikes.

Bad management. Visa is for 2 years, but contract for 3 years. If resign no leave salary allowed. Low salary increment. No proper training. 12-13 hr work. No proper overtime. No career growth.
