You work for the day and in evening you will get an invite from management for meetings and review which was suppose to start at 8 , but will start at 9 pm and willcontinue till 1 or 2 pm. And you will face humiliation and embarrassment. Because the leaders have a habit of night working and day resting. 6. There a lot of people to poke working people , questioning them and bothering them why they are working and they are motivated by the leaders and they called them COO office and CeO office. 7. All 7 days working and extensive hours workings 9. Product and customer service oriented organisation, they want to treat there customer best but don't intend to give good treatment to there first customer there employees . 10. A 5 year old senior employee has been thrown out in just 2 days , who was a victim of a dirty politics . 11. No place for Integrity 12. Most of the people keeps on praising Dr Vivek Bindra, and never gives genuine feedback, and the same has been appreciated by Bindra ji, he is not open to honest feedbacks ....Read More

If you are a female and ready to go to the farm of vivek bindra and looking for a job then this is the best company, you will get the growth also even if company is not meeting P&L and if you can drink with him then appraisal can be done at any time and could be double as well.

Dislikes

Everything, did not given appraisal from 2022, did not gave the incentive even after the policy was announce by the vivek bindra. No work life balance, no job security.
