The most thing I like that they are explaining all the things very clearly. Like we are freshers we don't know how to balance our work like and personal life, but they are arranging many session for motivating us . Moreover managers and teams are very good.

Rather than whole of firm it depends on individual department how are working. The rating that has been provided is basically for my department and overall the firm is good I feel.

Theyn need to revise there salary structure. We do not get paid for the actual hours we put to work. They don't even give small gifts that every company does on festivals like Diwali and everything. The behaviour with the employees is too bad sometimes. They don't care about your personal life...and would try to impose their workinghours on you and would expect you to work 10 hrs instead of 8 hrs...since they are working 10 hrs on an average....Read More

There is full politics. If you are from base office then only your manager will appreciate you. If you are not from the base office then you will be pressured in office politics. At manager levels in first / second year you will get 4 rating which is equal to 0 efficiency. And will be put under Performance improvement plan and will have to show impact in every 14 days.
