I didn't like anything except the colleagues at Motilal Oswal.

Dislikes

Their working hours is too hectic. No work-life balance. They don't follow their own switch off policy after so many times of complaining. HR of Motilal Oswal also not supporting to employees.

Huge expectations Biasness with employees Same targets for all advisors w.r.t. hierarchy and vintage. Dont care about customers portfolio only business , brokerage and selling products. Minimum target 10k of brokerage generation. Irrespective of markets, AUM and number of client's mapped to you . Incentive late. No execution of switch off policy at 6 pm.
