One of the worst companies in Dubai. They support racism. They only give promotions to Lebanese people as the company is from there! Zero work life balance! Managers don’t even let you use the washroom more than twice in a 9 hour shift. Too much favoritism at the company. From the top management to lower management- they’re all the same !! The company only has a good average rating bcos the managers threaten to take action against you and force their employees to write good reviews for them.

I love about Azadea is one thing is best organisation when it comes to training and development. I have gain lots of knowledge which made me who I am today. I thank the Head office in Beirut, Lebanon. I really miss Azadea company. (But surely not the pathetic Back office employees in Oman)

Dislikes

The things what I hate about Azadea is management in Oman. Poor HR ( Veronica) who is discriminating employees. Due to the Oman law employees don’t have choice then stay in the organisation. Back office employees ( Mohammed Assaf) ( Prem Rajagopalan) are pathetic and selfish. Don’t like to listen to the employees and instead take their decision. I was working in that organisation for 7 years. But I have been kicked out from the company like a dog, without proper evidence and investigation properly they treated me like a criminal. I have achieved lots of positive feedback from the Suppliers and appreciation email from Fashion president but it’s all been thrown to the Garbage by the Oman Azadea management. I would never recommend to anyone to work in Oman Azadea, instead apply in other country like Dubai, Qatar where you can find professional Management people....Read More

My work experience was excellent in Azadea at Sunglass Hut. Just because of my Brand Manager who understand and motivate his team. He is one of the cool boss I have never worked with. Today I do really miss to work with such a amazing Brand Manager.

Spent 12 years working there with no growth. Work countless hours like a horse. Management is so biased and terrible at compensating all the hard work and loyalty you had given. Would never ever recommend anyone to work in their organization.

The biased management. Lots of politics for specific nationality . And the Hypocrisy. Ask tons of employees they have terminated just for their gain. Everyone will have to say the same

In my opinion I did there excellent job like wow, I did my best always , Thank u azadea group Handle the patrons always vvip so, they should be fell they r in house, there for they come back every time,our was restaurants butcher shop & grill jeddah.
