The work life was awesome. We get training every single time to approve our knowledge and get exposed to international customers. Team members are very supportive and they help as there are multinationals. Superiors and colleagues are understand your point of view. We do get a chance of showcase our skills and go for the promotions and increments.

Dislikes

Growth is there but its kind of little slow. Training is subjective as it will give you the training which is suits to your profile only.

Azadea company is good but salary not good must be pay salary minimum 300kd and no future no promotion I see more people stock keeper position more then 20 yrs but still stock keeper only growth and future only Arab and Kuwaiti Nationality no growth for other examples indian Bangladesh etc.

One of the worst companies in Dubai. They support racism. They only give promotions to Lebanese people as the company is from there! Zero work life balance! Managers don’t even let you use the washroom more than twice in a 9 hour shift. Too much favoritism at the company. From the top management to lower management- they’re all the same !!
