Great place for fresher to know how dirty politics actually is and accurate meaning of favoritism, there environment soo toxic. I use to work as Credit officer in head office some seniors are supporting but in the end no one notice your hardwork when it's about the appraisal or promotion they just act like if you want to do then do it for your self development. What are we nothing but a fool who ruins by some arrogent personalities. If you are looking for better future just don't waste your time in this company....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
