I wont find any pros. Job security as they wont remove if the person even how much wrong they done.

Work culture. Inefficient managers known work is just doing bhajan and staying excess time simply sitting. Even want to come in weekoff 2 times in a month. No compensate holiday will be provided. Absconding cases were more. Worst planning. Regreting for joining in this company.
