I m working from past three and half years in Axissoftech Pvt Ltd. It gives me great freedom and pleasure to work here.The management team is supporting a lot both work wise as well as personally too. It's a friendly feeling to work with them. As regards to work, i learned to many things and am still learning more. We are getting many projects to work on and we are achieving them within the time period with the management's support. They are getting different type of projects to find innovative thoughts and this helps us in improving technical knowledge. Faliure commitments, salary not on time, no career growth, nothing to learn new after 1 point,one sided bond signing, directors involvement in everything, director always give uh false commitments,no relationship management, no business ethics, not a single successful dilivery of their products to their clients,many more...

They had not yet given me my last salary infact not single employe had taken their last salary. Mr.Devesh( director) will show uh so many dreams but not b able to fullfill the single one .salaries never on time, incentives never on time .
