We have certain social and team building events organized here which allows us to interact with each other and work in coordination. I find this program an effective one. As not just because of the team work we get to do, but because we get to know each other well, and also, we get to share our thoughts and ideas on the theme that we are asked to work together. Just loved this event.

I got desired work exposure. Worked across different hardware configurations, software, and other platforms. Self-learning experience that enhanced my technical knowledge. Topnotch support and assistance from seniors. Every day is a challenge. Best workplace, it has changed my professional career for better.

Nothing, HR, IT, Upper Management are bunch on incompetent jerkoffs bullying the under paid workers.

Everything, The predictions are fraud, the corporate data is fabricated and fake, no real analysis is ever done. You'll receive useless and often contradictory input from Pradeep GOOpta himself then his IT manager, then bunch of Project Manager, then marketing manager and all of them want something else. Company is highly biased towards Right wing politics. No muslims, sc/st ever worked for the HO office during my tenure. Due to covid circumstances, we were allowed to WFH. And for me, working remote way came as a blessing. I could manage my professional and personal life in more efficient way. The best thing about this company and being a fitness enthusiast myself, I like the fact that company has sports and fitness facilities for its employees. Within the company campus area, we here have, fitness center, gymnasium, and a sports room. Isn’t it amazing? I usually, go to fitness and gymnasium after my work hours. It’s a wow factor for a fitness fanatic person like me.

Earlier, I was frustrated with the company I used to work for because even after working extra hours, I was not getting any overtime compensation.But since I join this company and sometimes it happens when we have to work for more hours due to project length and complexity, I appreciate the company that they give us overtime pay. So now I am very happy

Trust me, this workplace has fewer opportunities. There are many, but you should be capable of earning them. I have been working here for two years and with every passing day, I have learned to adapt to new challenges and explore the best in my domain. So for me, working here has never been monotonous. Creativity and innovative ideas are encouraged. This is the best place to grow in your career.

The company offers really good benefits. If you do well at your job , the company considers your potential and can be rewarded with increments, promotions, and so on. It's a highly rewarding place if you are the right candidate. Besides, you can even earn recognition bonuses based on your performance.

Here you will have all sorts of leaves casual leaves, maternity leaves and paternity leaves, sick leaves, and many others. Just your cause of taking leaves should be genuine. Be honest with your situation, HR people will help you in your situation. They don't stand as a hurdle for you. I was assisted by HR guys when I needed paternity leave a few months back. I just love working here. My Manager and TL are very cooperative.They understand their team well.They don't speak in harsh way. They work out every challenging situation in a constructive way , even I have seen that happening in the most stressful hours. I appreciate their outlook.I feel lucky to work under such compliment people

You will be handed over with every possible opportunity that you wish for. No one will stop you from growing over here. Just, you need to be capable of it. Seniors will encourage you to develop leadership qualities. You need to have a learning mindset and be ready for every challenge

Being new to this city, it was a big problem for me to find a good place to stay. But, thanks to company for helping me with it through their housing and relocation assistance program. I was told about it during the time of my interview. They promised me of complete assistance on finding me a good place and asked me to stay unworried. Thanks a lot.
